How do you Plan out a Session?

A. "First, I’ll chat with you about what you want and need for the session. This includes the style, specific shots, and any special details. We’ll also cover the location and timing. I’ll create a plan based on our discussion to make sure we get everything you’re looking for. If anything changes or you have more ideas, we can adjust the plan to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day."

Where are you based and do you travel?

A. I'm based in Santa Maria, CA, and I love to travel! If you'd like me to photograph your story, there will be a travel fee depending on the location. I offer free travel within a 15-mile radius, but if the destination is beyond that, there will be an additional charge of $2 per mile. Please note that the driving time to the destination will also be factored into the cost. Currently, the maximum distance I will travel is 40 miles.

When will we get our photos?

A. Delivery typically takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of editing required. However, I always aim to deliver sooner when possible! You will receive your photos through an online gallery, which will include two sections: one for edited photos and one for unedited ones. If you have specific deadlines, feel free to let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

How many pictures will we receive?

A. I always aim to exceed expectations! While I do provide a minimum on the info page, the final number of photos often depends on the flow of the event and the moments we capture together. Rest assured, you'll receive a generous selection that reflects the best of your special day!

What about photo rights?

A. All photos provided to you will come with personal usage rights, allowing you to print and share them as you like. However, I retain copyright of the images, which means I may use them for portfolio purposes, social media, or promotional material. If you need exclusive rights or have specific requests regarding the usage of the photos, please let me know, and we can discuss it further.

Refund Policy

A. Please note that once a deposit or payment has been made, it is generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform me as soon as possible. If you cancel before the shoot, a partial refund may be available depending on the circumstances and timing. However, if the shoot has already been completed, refunds are not typically provided. If you have any concerns or specific situations, please contact me, and we can discuss it further.
